First-install walkthrough

Voxhora is one product spread across four Apple devices. Once you've installed on any one of them, the others pick up the same data automatically through your iCloud account. The recommended order: Mac first, then iPhone, then Watch.

1. Mac

1. Download the Mac version from the Download page.
2. Open the DMG and drag Voxhora-Mac to your Applications folder.
3. The first time you open it, macOS may show "cannot verify developer." Walk through the one-time Open Anyway step on the Download page.
4. Once Voxhora is open, sign in with your Apple ID when prompted (this is the iCloud account your data syncs through).

The Mac is the workhorse — auto-intake from Mail.app, drag-drop PDFs, county voucher export, and the at-a-glance dashboard all live here. The iPhone and Watch are the "while you're walking" surfaces.

2. iPhone

1. Request iPhone access if you haven't already.
2. When the TestFlight invite arrives in your email, install Apple's free TestFlight app from the App Store (one-time).
3. Tap the Accept button in the invite email. TestFlight installs Voxhora for you.
4. Open Voxhora and sign in with the same Apple ID you used on the Mac.
5. Your client roster, today's billable entries, and calendar appear immediately — synced down from the Mac.

3. iPad

Same flow as iPhone. The iPad version is bundled with the iPhone TestFlight invite — just open the TestFlight app on your iPad (after installing it from the App Store) and you'll see Voxhora ready to redeem.

iPad is best for: bulk PDF intake (drag a folder of intake documents — engagement letters, court paperwork, client-supplied PDFs — onto Voxhora), drafting longer client notes, and the train-ride review session.

4. Apple Watch

The Watch app is part of the iPhone install. Once Voxhora is on your iPhone:

1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
2. Scroll the Available Apps section.
3. Find Voxhora in the list and tap Install.
4. The Voxhora app appears on your Watch within a minute or two.

The Watch is the away-from-the-desk surface — quick voice billing, today's calendar at a glance, and the client roster searchable by Digital Crown. Use it in court, between settings, in the car, anywhere your hands aren't free for a phone.

If your data doesn't show up

The most common cause is the device being signed into a different Apple ID than the one your Voxhora data lives under. To check:

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] at the top.
• Mac: System Settings → Apple ID.
• Watch: paired iPhone Watch app → My Watch → General → Apple ID.

All four devices need to be on the same Apple ID. Also make sure iCloud Drive is enabled on each device — Voxhora uses CloudKit (the developer side of iCloud) and a disabled iCloud Drive sometimes blocks new app data.
