Voxhora is invite-only during the beta. Tell us who you are and, once approved, we'll email you everything you need: the Mac download, your iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch invite, and a one-tap link that turns on Voxhora AI — nothing to type. Approvals are manual, typically same-day.

When you click Send, your email app opens with a pre-filled message to support@voxhora.app. Hit Send and you're done. If nothing opens (some browsers have no default mail app), just email support@voxhora.app directly with your name and the Apple ID email you use on your iPhone.

What happens next

1. We review your request — usually same-day.
2. You get one welcome email with everything: the Mac download, your TestFlight invite for iPhone/iPad/Apple Watch, and a one-tap link that turns on Voxhora AI (you never type a key).
3. Recommended order: install the Mac first, then iPhone/iPad/Watch. The Setup page has the short per-device steps.
4. Sign in on each device with the same Apple ID — your clients, calendar, and billing sync everywhere automatically.

Why TestFlight for the mobile apps

The iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch apps are delivered through TestFlight, Apple's official app-distribution program — free, secure, and bundled with iCloud. You install Apple's TestFlight app once, accept your invite, and Voxhora installs and auto-updates from there. (The Mac app installs directly from the download link in your welcome email.)
